The brief
A local plumber that customers struggle to find when something breaks.
In this concept, the business gets most of its work from referrals. People search "plumber near me" with water on the floor, find a bare listing with no website, and call whoever shows up first. The goal: show up in local search, make pricing clear before the visit, and turn urgent searches into booked callouts.
